Country music legend Johnny cash has a new song out called “well alright” which is taken from the new upcoming album “songwriter” which is coming out on the 28th June 2024 which you can pre order it here.

Yes you read this right Johnny cash has a new song out which you can listen and have you own thoughts on what to make of this.

This album contains unreleased tracks from Johnny cash which was taken from a series of recording sessions back in 1993 which haven’t seen the light since until now.

According to source Johnny Cash’s son , John carter cash found the recordings and isolated Johnny’s vocals from a load of tracks. It’s uncertain how many have been remastered/worked on as John got in contact with some of cash’s band members to help create the tracks which technically makes these new music from Johnny cash.

This makes you wonder just how many songs did Johnny record that’s never seen the light of day again? I’m looking forward to hear more songs from this album.

This also reminds me of static x as they have reformed a few years after the lead singer Wayne passed away back in 2014. With the original members re joining the band with a new singer Xero they used a lot of old recordings from unreleased music to make their comeback album which came out in 2020
